Regarding the deactivation of the Ayopop application (iOS version), we understand that you may have a balance of electronic money ("UE") in your account. We want to assure that you can use the remaining UE for transactions within the Ayopop application (iOS version) until 30th August 2023. Alternatively, you can also request for a refund of your UE.

To ensure a safe and smooth refund process, we have facilitated the refund process with the following conditions:

  1. Open this link and fill in the required information in the provided form (;
  2. Our team will refund your Electronic Money based on the amount recorded in our system;
  3. The refund will be sent to the bank account provided in the form (the user name and name on the bank account must match);
  4. The refund process will take 45 business days at the latest.

            Our team will process the refund requests that are submitted prior to 30th September 2023 and any requests submitted afterwards may not be processed.             What should I do about my Ayosaldo (account balance)?
            Depending on the situation, you have a few options:

            1. You may use your Ayosaldo for transactions within the iOS app until August 30th, 2023. Once the iOS app is deactivated on August 30th, 2023, you won’t be able to conduct any transactions on the iOS app;
            2. You may submit a refund request for your balance before September 30th, 2023;
            3. Alternatively, you may also keep your balance and use it through the Android app.
